Report an Incident

Note: Police misconduct and bad cops need to be reported and published immediately. Because we take this very seriously, we will not tolerate fake claims. While incidents are not independently verified by, we do have a short waiting period between incident submissions and incident publishing.

Privacy: We take your privacy seriously. Your name, email, and phone number is encrypted and stored securely on our servers. At the end of your incident report form, you will have the option to allow someone to contact you to follow-up about your incident. We verify every request for information with a valid government-issued ID.
